How Layer 8 Security processes your personal data, in accordance with Law No. 29733 (Peru's Personal Data Protection Law) and international best practices.

2. Data We Collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, company, email address, and the content of your message. Through web analytics we collect usage data on an aggregated basis (see section 6).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry and, where applicable, preparing and following up on a commercial proposal. The legal basis is your consent, granted when you submit the form. We do not use your data for any other purpose, nor do we sell it or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to manage your inquiry and the resulting commercial relationship, and thereafter for the applicable legal periods. Once these have elapsed, the data is securely deleted.
5. Your Rights (ARCO)
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only with your consent (cookie banner) to understand how the site is used, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data. You may decline analytics cookies without affecting your browsing experience.
7. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Form submissions are made over an encrypted connection (TLS) and include anti-spam protection.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish any changes on this same page.
